Willkommen bei SWISSASTRA. Die Begriffe „wir“, „uns“ und „unser“ beziehen sich auf SWISSASTRA. Wir betreiben diese Website, um strategische Beratung, Unternehmensstrukturierung und Schulungen anzubieten (die „Dienstleistungen“). Durch den Besuch unserer Website und/oder den Erwerb einer Beratung oder Schulung erklären Sie sich mit den folgenden Bedingungen („AGB“) einverstanden.

ABSCHNITT 2 - ART DER DIENSTLEISTUNGEN & HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS
WICHTIG: Die Inhalte auf dieser Website und in den „Startup Sessions“ dienen ausschließlich strategischen und informativen Zwecken.

B. fehlende Substanz, Geldwäscherisiken).
ABSCHNITT 4 - PREISE UND ZAHLUNG
Preisänderungen vorbehalten. Die aufgeführten Preise verstehen sich in der Regel exklusive Schweizer Mehrwertsteuer (MwSt.), sofern nicht anders angegeben. Falls anwendbar, wird die MwSt. an der Kasse oder auf der Rechnung ausgewiesen.

- Beratungen: Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt zum Zeitpunkt des vereinbarten Videoanrufs oder Meetings.
- Digitale Produkte/Schulungen: Die Lieferung gilt als erfolgt, sobald die Zugangsdaten oder Download-Links an Ihre E-Mail-Adresse gesendet wurden.
ABSCHNITT 6 - GEISTIGES EIGENTUM
Alle Inhalte dieser Website, einschließlich Texte, Grafiken, Logos und geschützter Frameworks, sind Eigentum von SWISSASTRA.Nutzungslizenz: Sie erhalten eine begrenzte, nicht exklusive Lizenz zur Nutzung der Inhalte für interne Geschäftszwecke. Diese AGB und alle separaten Vereinbarungen unterliegen dem Schweizer Recht. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten ist der Kanton Luzern, Schweiz.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. Prices listed do not usually include Swiss Value Added Tax (MWST/VAT) unless stated otherwise. If applicable, VAT will be added at checkout or on the final invoice. We utilize Shopify and third-party payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
SECTION 5 - DELIVERY OF SERVICES (DIGITAL & CONSULTING)
- Consultations: Delivery occurs at the time of the scheduled video call or meeting.
- Digital Products/Training: Delivery is considered complete once access credentials or download links are sent to your email address. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by email filters or technical issues on the client’s side.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, proprietary frameworks, and training materials, is the property of SWISSASTRA.License to Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service (e.g., our training manuals or structuring templates) without express written permission from us.

Wszystkie treści, w tym autorskie frameworki i materiały szkoleniowe, są własnością SWISSASTRA. Licencja: Otrzymujesz ograniczoną, niewyłączną licencję na korzystanie z treści do użytku wewnętrznego Twojej firmy. Zabrania się kopiowania, odsprzedaży lub rozpowszechniania naszych materiałów bez pisemnej zgody.
SEKCJA 7 - NARZĘDZIA STRON TRZECICH
Możemy udostępniać dostęp do narzędzi zewnętrznych (np. platformy bankowe), nad którymi nie mamy kontroli. Korzystasz z nich na własne ryzyko.
